In the raw materials section,towering stacks of galvanized steel,aluminum sheets,and insulated polyurethane foam boards await transformation. Automated cutting machines hum steadily,slicing through metal with laser-like precision to create door panels of exact dimensions. Adjacent to this,robotic arms and hydraulic presses shape the panels,stamping intricate designs and reinforcing ridges that combine aesthetic appeal with structural integrity.
Quality control is woven into every step. Each door undergoes rigorous testing - endurance tests simulate years of opening and closing,while wind load and safety reversal systems are checked to meet stringent industry standards.
