- Dock shelter overview

Dock Shelters are enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer to form a seal. This is accomplished by applying pressure against the sides of the trailer with fabric curtains fitted with fiberglass stays. A dock shelter closes the gap between the building wall and the truck by sealing the top and sides and or back of the transport vehicle, essentially creating an entension of the warehouse.

B. Insulated Sponge dock sheleter
This type is closed by the entrusion of the vehicle, it can realize effective seal and thermal insulation, fits for the vehicles with same or similar sizes.


C. Inflatable dock shelter
This type encloses th airbag around the cargo port to enclose the vehcile. The sealing effect is good, it is commonly used in food and medicine and other high-cleaning loading and unloading ports, and is suitable for large and medium-sizes cars. Steel frame & sealing plate structure

1. The main body franme is made by T60 status aluminium alloy, with surface oxidation treatment. The crssing arrow type is made by qualified carbon steel with zinc metalizing treatment. The spring buffering structure is made by zinc metalized spring.

2. The front curtain is made by 3mm reinforced double fiber coating. The side curtain is made by 0.8mm coating. We do the special surface treatment with good cleanliness performance, conform to German DIN 75200 or China GB 10010 fireproofing standard.

- Dock overviews

After the transport vehicle approaches, the platform, the door opens, keep pressing the control button, the platform rises to the highest position, the lip plate automatically opens and releases the control button, the platform falls down until the lip plate overlaps with the transport vehicle compartment plate, then you can proceed with the loading and unloading. After loading the unloading, keep pressing the control button to reset the platform.

- Dock features

• Solenoid valve: when the start button is pressed, when the lap plate is straight, release the start switch, the platform is automatically controlled at the commanding height, the red switch is turned off, and the platform is automatically lowered.
  Safety: The platform without solenoid valve will automatically descend to cause unsafe factors for trucks to enter. It is easy to cause the truck to hit the lap plate.
  Advantages: The advantages of Fushengtai unloading platform. The one-time entry of the truck into the loading and unloading area improves the inconvenience and unsafe factors caused by the second start
• Explosion-proof valve: features, when the hydraulic oil pipe bursts, the circuit of the hydraulic oil is instantly blocked,
           Safety: Instantly lock the table top, and it is not easy to cause the danger of falling cars and goods
  Quickly block the oil circuit, and it is not easy to cause more leakage of hydraulic oil, resulting in stains on the platform foundation pit and difficult to clean.
• Anti-pinch guard: Platform design: There are anti-pinch guards on both sides, which is not easy to cause damage to the operator
  Advantages: In addition to the anti-pinch function of the guard plate, it also prevents foreign objects from falling into the foundation pit.
• Maintenance pole: effectively protect the safety of maintenance and maintenance personnel. The maintenance support rod is self-contained under the table for easy operation
• High sealing: rubber sealing strips are installed on both sides, which can block the air communication between the warehouse and the outside world and prevent dust from entering the warehouse space after the platform is reset.
• Open hinge: The design of the hinge improves the welding thermal deformation and the defects of tensile force and extension force of domestic carbon steel.
• Parts are galvanized and rust-proof: All shafts and bushings are galvanized and rust-proof.
• Baking paint process: The whole product is anti-rust by shot blasting and electrostatic spraying to enhance corrosion resistance and adhesion.
• Electric shock-free design: The control box is weakly controlled and insulated with a plastic casing, which avoids the danger of high-voltage electricity to operators.
