The heating and antifreeze device of the cold storage door can ensure that the product runs smoothly and effectively in a low-temperature working environement.

Safety airbag  

When descending, if the bottom safety airbag detects an obstacle, it triggers a sensor that stops the door and reverses its direction, preventing injury or damage.

 

Infrared sensor

When a person or equipment passes through or stays in the area under the door, the infrared signal is blocked. The system will automatically stop closing or reopen the door. Effectively prevent accidents such as accidental entrapment of people or collisions with equipment when the door body descends.

Control box

The control box is the core unit of the self-repairing zipper high-speed door, integrating motor drive, signal processing, and fault protection. It supports various sensor inputs and automatically controls door operation based on preset logic.

Inner material of the curtain fabric: aluminum foil

The aluminum foil layer inside the insulated zipper curtain enhances thermal insulation by reflecting infrared heat, preventing heat exchange. It also improves airtightness and moisture resistance for better overall performance.

Heating antifreeze device

The integrated heating system prevents guide rail freezing caused by frequent operation and heat exchange, ensuring stable performance in low-temperature environments. Optional box removal equipment provides additional protection, supporting reliable
operation in temperatures from -1°C to -28°C.

 

Zipper sealing curtain

The zipper sealing curtain is the core component for insulation and sealing. Embedded in the track, it prevents air exchange and enables automatic sealing and self-repair. After impact, it resets automatically, enhancing overall door performance.

Double roller technology
