- Dock shelter overview

Dock Shelters are enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer to form a seal. This is accomplished by applying pressure against the sides of the trailer with fabric curtains fitted with fiberglass stays. A dock shelter closes the gap between the building wall and the truck by sealing the top and sides and or back of the transport vehicle, essentially creating an entension of the warehouse.

B. Insulated Sponge dock sheleter
This type is closed by the entrusion of the vehicle, it can realize effective seal and thermal insulation, fits for the vehicles with same or similar sizes.


C. Inflatable dock shelter
This type encloses th airbag around the cargo port to enclose the vehcile. The sealing effect is good, it is commonly used in food and medicine and other high-cleaning loading and unloading ports, and is suitable for large and medium-sizes cars. The door seal can effectively reduce the energy loss during loading and unloading, and block the weather, insects, dust pollution and other goods in contact with the goods in the warehouse vehicle.It is the most advanced and most high-end dock shelter, it can work for the vehicle with various container sizes with high air-tightness and thermal insulation.

Steel frame & sealing plate structure

1. The main body franme is made by T60 status aluminium alloy, with surface oxidation treatment. The crssing arrow type is made by qualified carbon steel with zinc metalizing treatment. The spring buffering structure is made by zinc metalized spring.

2. The front curtain is made by 3mm reinforced double fiber coating. The side curtain is made by 0.8mm coating. We do the special surface treatment with good cleanliness performance, conform to German DIN 75200 or China GB 10010 fireproofing standard.
