Our cold storage thermal insulation zipper door is a thermal insulation and energy-saving internal fast door in the cold chain logistics area, which helps to save energy, reduce air convection and reduce noise. The heating and antifreeze device of the cold storage door can ensure that the product runs smoothly and effectively in a low-temperature working environement.



- Product advantages

• Door curtain: The door curtain comes with a thermal insulation PU foram layer, the total thickness is 3mm, the curtain blank, the total thickness after processing is about 14mm.
• Sealing performance: The structual design and application of the top and bottom seals of the door body can effectively isolate the air pressure convection on both sides of the door body, and further strengthen the air tightness.
• Wind resistance strength: The curtain guide components, curtains and guide rails in the door operation guide system are closely matched, and the material has strong wear resistance, which ensures the overall wind resistance. It can reach the national standard wind resistance level 8.

• Professional drive circuit board hardware: The traditional control system using common PLC and frequency converter and incremental encoder on the markey has many inherent limitatios in the fast door technology, which cannot be perfect: such as various safety protections. The response time of the swtich is the cumulative error of the incremental encoder, the connection problem between the multi-turn adsolute encoder and the PLC, and the non-professionals cannot repair it.
