The door curtain is a separate assembly structure: it consists of the door panel, chain shaft, guide wheel, upper and lower sealing strips of the door body, etc.
The door frame utilizes specialized polyurethane foam material with a density exceeding 42KG/m³ and a thickness of 70mm. It features a white back rib plate and employs anti-slip nuts for screw fixation to prevent loosening. The door mechanism operates through chain transmission driven by an electric motor. During opening, the door panel aligns vertically above the frame, while closing engages with vertical sealing to ensure secure closure. The single-layer color-coated steel plate measures 0.4mm in thickness and incorporates built-in bent reinforcing ribs for structural integrity.

Sealability
On both sides of the guide rail, three ethylene propylene diene monomer sealing strips are installed on the upper and lower parts of the door body. The door body is pressed and interlocked to ensure no ventilation.
Infrared Protection Eye
There are two pairs of infrared eyes on both sides of the slide rail. When there is an obstacle under the door, the door remains open to effectively protect the objects and pedestrians under it from accidents.
Motor System
The system employs an industrial external motor with a 1500kg capacity, equipped with an overheat protection device and precision-guided positioning to prevent overtravel. Featuring a power output exceeding 385N.M and operating noise below 50dB, it meets essential safety requirements including self-locking anti-slip mechanisms and stop-on-obstruction functionality. The switch operates at 0.08-0.15m/s speed, ensuring a service life of ≥10,000 cycles while maintaining uninterrupted operation for up to 5 consecutive cycles.
