- Dock shelter overview

Dock Shelters are enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer to form a seal. A dock shelter closes the gap between the building wall and the truck by sealing the top and sides and or back of the transport vehicle, essentially creating an entension of the warehouse.

The inflatable dock shelter offers a wide adjustable range, making it ideal for accommodating various truck sizes. It forms a tight seal around the truck compartment, effectively preventing thermal exchange-keeping cold air out of warm areas and hot air out of cold storage-thus improving energy efficiency. After loading or unloading, the blower shuts off and the airbag deflates quickly via counterweights and tension ropes. With excellent insulation, sealing, and efficiency, this door seal is well-suited for high-standard environments such as cold chain logistics, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries.
 

-Mechanical dock shelter

This type is closed by the high elastic door seal to the vehicle, which is suitable for large vehicles. It can protect goods and avoid exterior air and dust entering the room during the loading and loading process, it can work for vehicles with various container sizes.

-Sponge dock shelter

The fireproof sponge filled inside the Sponge Dock Shelter has excellent thermal insulation performance, and is especially
suitable for low-temperature preservation or freezing loading and unloading ports. It can reduce the heat exchange of cargo

Steel frame & sealing plate structure

1. The main body franme is made by T60 status aluminium alloy, with surface oxidation treatment. The crssing arrow type is made by qualified carbon steel with zinc metalizing treatment. The spring buffering structure is made by zinc metalized spring.

2. The front curtain is made by 3mm reinforced double fiber coating. The side curtain is made by 0.8mm coating. We do the special surface treatment with good cleanliness performance, conform to German DIN 75200 or China GB 10010 fireproofing standard.
